When my parents passed away in 2006, I was faced with the prospect of trying to maintain their home from 2000 miles away. Kimber became my eyes and ears at my second home. I have relied on her to make sure that the roof didn’t leak, the pool service was keeping up with pool maintenance, the drip irrigation system was not malfunctioning and so forth. At times, she would check on the house weekly, other times bi-weekly. Each visit was followed by a written report delivered via e-mail. The reports included descriptions of anything she deemed notable. Her visits helped me keep my childhood home in good order and relieved my mind that all was well.
